You’re constantly searching “How to make money online” or “How to get rich” on Google and YouTube and you’re tired of the heaps of
nonsense advice out there.
You work a normal 9 to 5 and want out of the rat race or maybe you are still in college, but don’t see yourself climbing the corporate ladder in the future for 40 (if not more) lousy and boring years.
First things first: You can’t get rich working a 9 to 5 for decades, while investing part of your income into the stock market, unless you are a doctor, corporate lawyer or high ranking engineer.
Most people don’t even take into account the problem with money inflation over time.
The 1.000.000 $ you’re going to make in 40-50 years from now through savvy investments into ETFs, won’t be worth the same amount, due to money inflation.
If you want to be a millionaire, you have to think like a millionaire.
One night last year, I was scrolling through YouTube watching videos titled “How to ACTUALLY get rich” and after finishing them I always ended up coming to the same conclusion.
All these videos had something in common and that was the fact, that the creator was, in most cases, just a really good salesman and public speaker.
I immediately gave up.
I had vowed to myself years ago; I would never become a lousy salesman.
I was too shy and uncomfortable doing all the stuff that’s involved with, and necessary in sales. Therefore, I simply decided to give up.
The next day the YouTube algorithm magically decided to recommend me a video titled “How billionaires think” by a normal looking dude named Sam Ovens.
I decided to check the video out, because it was 30 minutes long and I had some free time.
Lo and behold, Sam actually managed to, in just 30 minutes, explain to me how billionaires actually thought, and that was the exact moment when it suddenly all clicked in my head.
I had a tangential paradigm shift.
All it took was just one video, or rather 5 minutes of said video with a sharp mental model, which explained to me everything I needed to know.
The thought process actually made sense too. I ended up binge watching all of his content.
Consequentially the algorithm decided to feed me more of such valuable content.
I soaked it all up like a sponge and started learning. By then some weeks had passed and I had firmly decided I wanted to become an entrepreneur.
I would recommend you binge watch all of his content on YouTube and take some notes, it’s literally free and will change your life, even if you don’t want to become an entrepreneur.
But I’m here to tell you that you don´t need to do that.
I have compiled and synthesized the most important lessons I learned from hundreds of hours watch time of his content and other successful entrepreneurs on YouTube, mixed with the paradigm shifts I had, that made them successful (Sam Ovens’ net worth is estimated to be around 65 M USD today).
The best lessons are all synthesized in my free eBook that is coming soon called “Rules of Success.”
